The Vanuatu national darts team currently in Tonga for the South Pacific Championships have commenced competition on Wednesday.

According to a media statement, Day two saw the men’s team went down 8/3 to a strong Tonga team adding that it was a great experience against a tough opponent.

The women’s division also played Tonga with results yet to release.

Day one competitions saw the women’s team in fourth position with the men’s team third in the men’s classmen.

Day one saw the Vanuatu men’s winning Niue, 6-5 and the women’s team losing 1-10 to Niue.

The singles men and women competition are also taking place with team Vanuatu putting out good challenges since the first day.

Day three will see teams displaying more great challenges, with all aiming for the 2023 championship title.
