The Francophonie and Women Island Cricket 11th Anniversary Tournament semi final and final has been postponed to next week.
This is due to the unfavourable weather currently faced in the country as confirmed by Tournament Director, Mary Estelle, yesterday.
“The women’s cricket has been moved to next week Thursday and Friday due to heavy rain, the mamas has taken break this week and we will proceed next week Thursday for the semi final and finals on Friday,” Estelle said.
Ifira have booked their spot in the final next Friday and will wait for the winner of Imaki and Erakor semi-final match.
The competition started on Monday marking Francophonie Day and was scheduled to culminate today for the Island Women’s Cricket 11th Anniversary.
