Do you have any leftover chocolate in the cupboard? Here is a simple chocolate puff pastry recipe that you can make using leftovers. In this recipe, leftover Easter eggs were used instead of a chocolate bar, but you can alternate it with any kind of chocolate that you want. In fact, you can add whatever you desire to make this tasty treat. Why not add some nuts for a bit of a crunch? Or perhaps replace the scotch finger biscuit with wafer biscuits? Try making it with the kids – they’ll love it!
