Vanuatu’s Paralympian star Marceline Moli has done it again — adding a second bronze medal to her name at the Pacific Mini Games.

This time, she secured third place in the Women’s Long Jump Para Athletics, showing consistency, determination, and the true Vanuatu spirit.

Moli, who made history last week by winning Vanuatu’s first medal in Para Athletics with her bronze in the Women’s 100m event, has become a source of inspiration for athletes across the nation. Meanwhile, her teammate Ken Kahu also delivered an outstanding performance, claiming a silver medal and boosting Vanuatu’s medal tally further.

Para team manager Sereana Enrel expressed her pride and gratitude for the team’s achievements, highlighting this year’s Pacific Mini Games theme ‘Empowering Unity Through Sports’.

“Involving para-athletes in international games allows them to show their abilities and performance at all levels,” she said.

“I burst into heartfelt tears watching our two ambulant para-athletes Ken Kahu and Marceline Moli participate in these games and achieve two bronze and a silver medal for Team Vanuatu.

“I’m so grateful for their performances and achievements. I will always do my best to support and promote para sports for people with impairments so that they have the same opportunities as able-bodied athletes. “Sport is not just about physical strength — it’s also about culture, showing love to others, and that’s what makes us family.”

With Moli and Kahu’s incredible wins, Vanuatu’s para -athletes continue to inspire the nation and prove that unity and perseverance can break barriers and bring home medals.
